Armand Boissy Biography

Armand Boissy is co-founder of Atitlan Solutions, the real estate company of Lake Atitlan.

In August 2003, Armand Boissy and Ana San Sebastian united to create Atitlan Solutions, a real estate company dedicated to Lake Atitlan area. In a time where the real estate market was waking up from years of inactivity, Atitlan Solutions goals were to help new buyers to get through the Guatemalan complexity of owning land in Lake Atitlan.

Ana San Sebastian left Atitlan Solutions in order to pursue the building of a long awaited dream... Hotel Isla Verde.

Armand Boissy has been living in Lake Atitlan for more than 21 years. Being part of several business ventures some directly related to real estate. For example from 1992 to 98 development of 4 condos in Panajachel, named Residenciales Sta Fe, in barrio Jucanya. Then in 1999 to 2000 building Hotel Villa Sumaya which he has operated for 2 years before he reoriented his activities specifically to real estate.

Father of 2 girls born and living in Guatemala, highly involved in local environmental projects as football activity in Santa Cruz La Laguna.

Slowly Atitlan Solutions got to adapt to the new needs rising from a growing real estate market at Lake Atitlan. On top of helping clients to acquire and secure properties, Atitlan Solutions has been developing rental property management and vacational manangement ( rental management),for the clients who want return on their investment, property management has several of our clients live abroad and come to enjoy the winters in Lake Atitlan by building their dream houses... We have successfully build more than 15 houses and a hotel around the lake.

As of today Atitlan Solutions is the only company around the lake with the experiences needed to take care of foreign investment. With a permanent staff of 4 persons located on the main street of Panajachel.
